We want you to love your Sarah Wells bag as much as you love your little one, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused bag and any included accessories back into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
